The reference number of this request for price offers is as follows: ITB002/NE10/12/2024. Consistent services in the provision of MONEY TRANSFER FOR THE PAYMENT OF COMPENSATION OF BENEFICIARIES IN ALL REGIONS OF NIGER according to the conditions described in section 5 of this request for price offers. Based on the results of this competitive tender, IOM intends to enter into one or more non-exclusive long-term agreements with the successful bidder(s) for the provision of the indicated services in indefinite quantity, at supporting IOM operations. If IOM signs one or more long-term agreements, the following provisions apply: The successful bidder will grant the same conditions to any other organization of the United Nations system which wishes to benefit from them, after written agreement from IOM. The expected duration of the long-term agreement is: 2 years, renewable. It can be extended for a maximum of two (02) additional years, subject to satisfactory results from the supplier and competitive prices. IOM reserves the right to enter into long-term agreements with multiple suppliers and to divide procurement among long-term agreement holders if it is in the interest of the organization.
