Draft legal and operational texts governing the organization and functioning of the body, including: • Code of Conduct for Conciliators/Mediators. • Rules of Procedure for Conciliation/Mediation. • Rules of Procedure for the Ad Hoc Tripartite Monitoring and Evaluation Committee. • Practical Handbook on Mediation/Conciliation. • Compendium of tools for conflict prevention in the workplace. • Practical guide for users (workers and employers). 2. Strengthen the capacities of stakeholders • Develop training modules for conciliators/mediators. • Conduct at least one training session for conciliators/mediators • Train system users (worker and employer representatives). • Organize a training session for judges on labour law and fundamental principles and rights at work.
