Description: A National Firm to finalize technical and financial cost norms for waste collection and transportation by the Interceptor on rivers.Duration: From May to September 2025Overall objective: This assignment aims to finalize and promulgate unit costs for the waste collection and transportation by the Interceptor on rivers, further providing a base for the Interceptor’s operation in long term. The scope of work includes the following main tasks:: 1. Task 1 (focusing on technical aspect): Finalize cost norms for collection and transportation of floating solid waste on rivers using the interceptor in Can Tho City and draft the cost norm proposal to Can Tho’s People Committee 2. Task 2 (focusing on consultation and logistic aspects): Facilitate and organize a consultation meeting and working sessions to obtain endorsement from Can Tho’s People Committee, under the coordination of Can Tho’s Department of Agriculture and Environment and UNDPPlease indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
