You are invited to submit a bid for the deployment of Starlink satellite internet infrastructure across multiple institutions to ensure reliable, high-speed internet connectivity for a minimum of 500 concurrent users per institution. The service provider will: Provide and install Starlink satellite systems, including the necessary terminals, dishes, and mounting hardware. Supply additional networking equipment such as routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and backup power systems to ensure seamless connectivity across the campus. Configure the network to support optimal performance, including Wi-Fi setup, security measures (e.g., firewalls, VPNs), and monitoring systems for bandwidth management and network reliability. Ensure scalability and sustainability of the network infrastructure to accommodate future growth and ensure continuous high-quality service. Offer post-installation support, including maintenance and monitoring services, for system upgrades and troubleshooting. The service provider must also demonstrate the ability to manage the entire deployment process from equipment procurement, installation, and configuration to ensuring system scalability and ongoing support in accordance with the present solicitation document.
