If your documents exceed 10 MB, kindly split them into multiple emails to ensure successful delivery. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled to take place online on 21 September 2025 at 14:00 (Sudan time). The Microsoft Teams meeting link will be shared with invited bidders prior to the meeting. Interested bidders are kindly requested to submit their participation request no later than 18 September 2025 at 14:00HR (Sudan local time) in order to receive the invitation.
