Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an indivisiual to understand work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed. Capture and produce 50 high-quality, well-composed photographs documenting the beneficiaries’ stories and action-based photographs of the partners and beneficiaries with full metadata in both RAW and JPEG formats. - Produce two high-quality beneficiary video stories (with English subtitles) that captures the impact of the intervention narrated by a sanitation and domestic work, who are part of the unions. The videos will be told in a human-centred manner focusing on the story/narrative of an individual who will be identified by the project. An example of an earlier video produced by the project can be seen here and should be followed. The subject should be filmed and photographed ideally in the settings that best reflect her or his story. The videos should be action-oriented and dynamic, featuring a mix of shots from the bilateral dialogue, mobilization campaigns, and workers in their workplaces. finished videos will be ideally no more than 2 minutes 20 seconds each in length and subtitled in English. As part of the filming, video interviews must take place with the beneficiary in a suitable location for them to tell their story and which will form the basis of the video. ILO will help identify a list of questions to be asked. The interviewees will speak in Urdu. An English language time coded transcript of the interview must be provided. B-Roll: The supplier will provide five minutes of best shots B-Roll with a time coded shot list for each story. Photographs: The supplier will capture at least 100 high-quality action-based photographs (both landscape and vertically framed) of beneficiaries (i.e., sanitation and domestic workers) in Lahore, Pakistan.
