The consultant will develop a TRANSFORM institutionalisation strategy using a consultative approach of a wide range of TRANSFORM stakeholders to define an institutionalisation vision and roadmap to guide the next phase of TRANSFORM in both the Africa and MENA regions. The consultant will make recommendations to TRANSFORM on the different modalities of coordinating and financing TRANSFORM sustainably using an approach that supports broader ownership, and involvement of new partners such as regional economic blocs, local and international NGOs, CSOs, and governments. The consultant is also expected to ensure institutionalisation modalities come with clarity on funding options or initiatives, including cost recovery models to strengthen the financial sustainability of TRANSFORM. This includes providing possible leads to potential new sources of funding within regional economic blocs, local and international NGOs, CSOs, and governments.
