UNHCR intends to establish a new Frame Agreement for the provision of technology and services related to fuel stock management for the year 2024 and beyond. The purpose of this EOI is to assess the market and avail capacity of suppliers to deliver the services defined in UNHCR requirements prior to launching any formal public tender.
