Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake translation work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Towards pay equity: a comprehensive response to the gender pay gap reflects advances in measurement, legislation, and technology; explores policy options such as pay transparency and wage policies (including living-wage approaches); adopts a life-course perspective on how care and career interruptions compound gaps over time (including the gender pension gap); and addresses earnings gaps in the informal economy. While designed primarily for governments and employers’ and workers’ organizations, it also speaks to civil society, the private sector and academia, keeping pay equity high on the global agenda and renewing collective commitment to close the gap for everyone, everywhere. The manuscript is written in English and requires a Spanish translation. The manuscript is approximately 24,146 words and is considered a complex translation.
