Purpose of the Request: The Office of Investment Management (OIM) of the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) is requesting information from potential vendors regarding their company's ability to provide syndicated research services for investment management technology and operations executives that covers the following areas: (i) Extensive library of industry insight, whitepaper research, and independent vendor analysis based on comprehensive research including practical, hands-on client experience from their consulting practice; (ii) Research analysts and advisors coming from the buy-side asset management industry with hands-on client experience from their consulting practice; (iii) Direct access to their Head of Research to provide inputs on future research topics;(iv) In-person member meetings, on line events, intimate roundtables, affinity groups and on-on-one networking; (v) Benchmarking against firms. (vi) Proven experience focused on the unique needs of pension funds, as well as dedicated existing client base of pension managers. The OIM/UNJSPF expects that the vendor should have an exclusive focus on investment management technology and operations, including Front Office (portfolio management, analytics, risk, research, trading), Middle Office (cash management, collateral management, settlement and confirmation, performance measurement and attribution), and Back Office (corporate actions, accounting, reconciliation) covering new trends, insight, change management, strategic and execution phases for buy-side asset managers.
