UNICEF Viet Nam wishes to establish Long-Term Arrangements (LTAs) with two qualified companies to ensure the availability of professional video production services to meet UNICEF’s ongoing content needs for an initial period of two years (2025-2027) with possible extensions subject to satisfactory services provided.
