IOM ROAP is seeking interior design and MEP design services for their office located on the 16th floor of the Rajanakarn Building. IOM ROAP involves expanding IOM's office space by 631.27 sq. m. to accommodate approximately 60 staff, aiming to ensure sufficient space, high air quality, efficient lighting, quality flooring, and other essential facilities. This expansion considers current and future space needs, public health, safety, and environmental considerations for IOM personnel.
