Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Master trainer will prepare for and conduct the cooperative training using ILO’s Think.COOP and Start.COOP tools. Specifically, the Master trainer will be requested to: A- Pre-training preparatory phase: 1. Prepare a methodological note that outlines the overall training process. 2. Conduct a rapid assessment of the identified participants on their literacy level, knowledge on cooperatives and their capacity-building needs with the support of ILO, LRDI and AHK Foundation. 3. Adapt existing English versions of Think.COOP and Start.COOP training material to the Pakistani context considering the context of waste workers and relevant national laws and strategy related to cooperatives. 4. Prepare training materials including presentations and handouts, final agenda, and pre and post assessment knowledge survey form (in English; LRDI staff will translate the materials into Urdu). B- Training workshop: 5. Conduct a 6-day in-person training workshop in Sahiwal using ILO’s Think.COOP (1 day) and Start.COOP (5 days) training tools for a maximum of 25 participants. 6. Submit a training report after completion of the workshop. The report will include evaluation of the training process, recommendations and action plans by the participants. The report will also include feedback and recommendations received from the participants and resource persons on the training material to be adjusted.
