The Capacity and Leadership Strengthening (CAL) Unit under the Division of Data, Strategy and Innovation (DSI) is seeking an agency or institution with a proven track record in developing training programs for health professionals. The focus should be on competency-based learning on global health agenda with some communication and management skills tailored to the needs of the Western Pacific region. The enhanced curriculum should: Align with emerging health priorities, the new WPRO vision, and country-specific demands, while addressing the complexities of the evolving health landscape. Equip health leaders with practical, hands-on skills to navigate and resolve global and national health challenges effectively. Adopt competency-based learning approaches The ultimate objective is to create a forward-looking, impactful, and sustainable programme that strengthens health systems of the Member States’ governments through resilient leadership and innovative approaches, ensuring health progress in the region.
