The general purpose of this Expression of Interest (EoI), issued by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), is to pre-qualify eligible non-profit and non-governmental organizations in Ukraine to provide field implementation and monitoring services in support of FAO’s Emergency and Early Recovery Response Plan (EERRP) 2025–2026. The scope of services includes identification and registration of beneficiaries, distribution of agricultural inputs and biofuels, facilitation of cash and voucher assistance, agricultural warfare damage assessment, monitoring and evaluation of grant support programs, and training activities for small and micro farmers across priority oblasts: Dnipropetrovska, Donetska, Kharkivska, and Zaporizka.
