UNRWA has the requirement for provision for the provision of Fire and Third-Party liability insurance Coverage. UNRWA wishes to engage Contractor (s) to provide the required services for its premises located in Gaza, Jordan, Lebanon, West Bank and Syria. These Terms of Reference (TOR) intend to specify the minimum requirement for the required insurance to protect UNRWA's premises and properties against damages and losses due to fire, and the third-party claims.
