Objective of the consultancy: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a suitable organization with substantial, relevant experience providing strategic advice and support in mobilizing additional resources and expanding the donor base by building or strengthening relationships with potential new donors, primarily the European Commission. Qualification of Firm and Consultants: The selected Contractor shall have a qualified team with sufficient project management oversight and seniority and having the following skills and technical qualifications (to be clearly demonstrated in the technical proposal and proposed CVs): 1. Previous experience with WHO, UN or other international organizations comparable to Unitaid and/or major institution preferably in the field of Global Health. 2. Proven expertise in resource mobilization and donor relationship management with the European Commission and other institutional/OECD donors. 3. Expertise in the successful acquisition of new revenue streams from new or existing donors. 4. Extensive experience in engaging high-level public health professionals, stakeholders and government officials at the European Commission and other institutional donors. 5. Prior contacts, a strong network and a sound understanding of the global health architecture. 6. Demonstrated expertise and extensive experience in resource mobilization, advocacy, and public relations including organizing meetings, in the field of public health. 7. Existing extended network of institutions, public health professionals and entities and key stakeholders and decision-makers. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences. 9. In-depth knowledge of the global health and climate financing landscape, along with political awareness. 10. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment and under pressure. 11. Fluent written and spoken English required. Fluent written and spoken French or another priority Unitaid donor language desirable (i.e. Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish). 12. Demonstrated strong project management skills, analytical skills, effective communication, and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders are essential.
