This Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) is issued to identify potential bidders for the Provision of Cleaning, Janitorial and Gardening Services for OCHA Nigeria in Abuja, Maiduguri and Damaturu. The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) Nigeria has its Offices located Abuja, Maiduguri and Damaturu. The Abuja office accommodate 15 – 25 employees, Maiduguri office accommodates 45-55 employees, while the Damaturu office accommodates 10- 15 employees. OCHA is seeking to establish a long-term agreement (LTA) with a contractor for the provision of cleaning, janitorial and gardening services. The contract will be established for an initial period of two (2) years, with potential extensions of two (2) additional consecutive periods of one (1) year each (2+1+1 years). The contractor shall provide: - Regular cleaning of the office spaces - Periodic cleaning of specific areas - Garbage and Refuse Removal - Gardening services
