The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The incumbent will support on-site logistical preparations and implementation for the Regional Workshop on Labour Migration, to be held in Bangkok on 25–26 February 2026, under the ILO’s Japan-funded project Co-Creating Network for Protecting the Human Dignity of Overseas Workers in South-East Asia (RAS/25/50/JPN). Working closely with two ILO administrative and finance officers, the incumbent will focus on practical, in-person support, including preparation of workshop materials, production of name plates, assistance with venue setup, management of the registration desk, and general logistical support during the event. Strong organizational and communication skills and timely delivery of outputs are essential to ensure a smooth and impactful event.
