Bidders must enclose in their bids the company valid registration certificate dated 2024 (Chamber of commerce or industrial registration) as a proof that the company is legally registered. Bidders must enclose in their bids valid correlating bank account as per business registration details. This tender is addressed only to suppliers who are working inside Syria (Local suppliers) or for overseas companies that have a representative or agent inside Syria with valid commercial record certificate. Bidders must enclose in their bids UNRWA General Conditions of Contract for the procurement of goods and services initialled, signed and stamped by the bidders. Bidders must provide written evidence (Signed contracts or updated commercial registration) in the same name of the responded bidder to confirm his business through dealing with institutions, companies, or organizations. The supplier should provide Bid bond for the amount 27,000,000.00 SYP or 2,000 USD either through certified cheque or Bank Guarantee valid for 90 days after the closure date of the tender.
