Operational context The MILDA 2026 Mass Distribution Campaign aims to ensure universal coverage of one mosquito net per 1.8 people. Achieving this target depends largely on the timely and effective deployment of MILDAs to the 1,443 distribution points validated during the micro-plan, spread across the country’s 11 health regions. To this end, 100% of the stock will be deployed to the 1,443 distribution points (fixed and forward posts) and an additional 10% of the MILDA safety stock will be allocated to the DRS The transport of MILDAS will be carried out from the logistics bases at: • Bafatá – World Food Programme (WFP) base, covering the following health regions: Bafatá, Farim, Gabu, Quinara and Tombali. • Bissau/Bolola – SAB base, covering the following health regions: Bijagos, Biombo, Bolama, Cacheu, Oio and SAB. Destined for the 11 Health Regions, the 117 Health Areas and, subsequently, the 1,443 Distribution Points Objective of the transport plan To ensure the safe, timely and complete transport of: − 100% of MILDAS to the Distribution Points, in accordance with the attached distribution plan. The plan is organised into a single operational phase. 2. Itinerary/route plan In coordination with the logistics team at central and regional level and the RAS, loading will be carried out from the logistics bases → Regional warehouses / Distribution Points in the health areas. − Bafatá (PAM) → Assigned regions and health areas are: Bafata, Farim, Gabu, Quinara and Tombali − Bolola (SAB) → Assigned regions and health areas are: Bijagos, Biombo, Bolama, Cacheu, Oio and SAB. The tender will be divided into three lots, namely: 1. Lot 1: Bafata, Gabu and Farim: Total number of ballots (11,542) 2. Lot 2: Quinara, Tombali and Bolama: Total number of ballots (2,887) 3.
