Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The International Labour Organization (ILO) invites proposals for an independent final evaluation of the EU–ILO funded project STRENGTHEN2: Employment Impact Assessment to Maximize Job Creation in Africa. The evaluation will assess the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability across its full implementation period (2020–2026). It will examine the use of employment impact assessments in investment decision-making, including contributions to Global Gateway objectives, and generate evidence-based lessons and recommendations to inform future ILO and EU employment and investment initiatives.
