Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator in Civil Engineering to oversee and monitor the project’s implementation agreements in the governorate of Amman. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Consultant will support the project’s Regional Communications Officer with increasing the project’s visibility primarily through: 1. Taking high-quality photographs of the project activities and events 2. Taking high-quality video footage and interviews of the project’s activities and participants, and editing the final content. 3. Producing short video clips based on interviews with the project team 4. Creating social media content/cards for regular posts in English and Arabic. 5. Collecting all visual material on an external hard disk, including all original Raw video rushes and photos, to be regularly updated after the completion of each project and shared with the office team. 6. Sharing photo albums, with short captions, from events and field visits with the Regional Communications Officer in Beirut, for uploading to the agency’s Flickr account. Pictures should be shared in a high-resolution format: 300 DPI and at least 2000–3000 pixels on the longer side. 7. Sharing video footage—including B-roll and full interviews—in Full HD with the Regional Communications Officer in Beirut via SwissTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox for further editing and archiving.
