Dear Sir or Madam, The United Nations International Computing Centre (UNICC), an international intergovernmental organisation, seeks proposals for the provision of IT consultancy services for ServiceNow, Manage Engine and Open-Source Enterprise Solutions. The purpose of this RFP (UNICC/RFP/2026/00225) is to establish multiple non-exclusive long-term agreements with qualified companies for the provision of IT consultancy services, on an as and when required basis, in the following service areas: Lot 1 - ServiceNow Lot 2 - ManageEngine Lot 3 - Open-Source Enterprise Solutions In response to the RFP, Service Providers are invited to propose for all or any of the above listed Lots. When proposing for a Lot, Service Providers must propose for all roles listed in the Lot. Partial submissions for a specific Lot shall not be accepted.
