Dear Sir or Madam, The United Nations International Computing Centre (UNICC), an international intergovernmental organisation, seeks proposals for the provision of IT consultancy services for ServiceNow, Manage Engine and Open-Source Enterprise Solutions. The purpose of this RFP (UNICC/RFP/2026/00225) is to establish multiple non-exclusive long-term agreements with qualified companies for the provision of IT consultancy services, on an as and when required basis, in the following service areas: Lot 1 - ServiceNow Lot 2 - ManageEngine Lot 3 - Open-Source Enterprise Solutions In response to the RFP, Service Providers are invited to propose for all or any of the above listed Lots. When proposing for a Lot, Service Providers must propose for all roles listed in the Lot. Partial submissions for a specific Lot shall not be accepted. The solicitation documents, accessible via InTend, consist of the following file and annexes: UNICC/RFP/2026/002225- Cover Letter and Instructions to Submit a Bid Annex 1 – Terms of Reference Annex 2 – Job Description for Each Expert Role Annex 3 – Vendor Information Form Annex 4 – Technical Proposal Form Annex 5 – Form to Provide Breakdown of Rates in Percentages Annex 6 – Financial Proposal Form Annex 7 – Confidentiality Undertaking Annex 8 – UNICC Contract Form Annex 9 – UNICC General Conditions Annex 10 – Self Declaration Form Annex 11 – Cybersecurity Questionnaire Annex 12 – Question and Answer Template (to complete if you have any questions) Please notify us immediately if you are unable to access or download any of the tender documents. Please note key dates as follows: Deadline for queries: Should you have any queries regarding this RFP, please transmit them through the InTend platform using the Annex 12 – Question and Answer Template provided as part of the RFP Documents by no later than 17 March 2026. Deadline for submission of proposals: Proposals in response to this RFP shall be submitted via the InTend platform by no later than 30 March 2026 at 5 pm (CET). DO NOT submit your proposals via any other means. Late submissions will not be accepted. Important: It is the responsibility of bidders to ensure that they have taken all steps to submit their proposals in advance of the above closing date and time, including complying with any technical requirements of the In-Tend system.
