Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The objective of the consultancy is to support the Minister and the State Secretary of the MoLSP in their efforts to implement the labour inspection reform, with a specific focus on capacity building, institutional development, and operational improvement of the SLI. In this context the consultant will be responsible to submit the following deliverables to the satisfaction of the ILO: • Human resources development concept and plan. • Approved gender-sensitive training program and curriculum(s), and ToT materials. • Delivery of ToT sessions (both online and in person), upon need. • Integrated ILO guidelines and checklists into SLI internal procedures. • One progress report and one final report submitted to the ILO.
