This solicitation is open to institutions with expertise in software systems architecture audit, design, development, and upgradation. Interested bidders are requested to carefully review the Request for Proposals (RFP) document and its annexes for full details, including the Terms of Reference and submission requirements. Clarifications: Queries may be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] until 29 September 2025. A consolidated response will be shared with all prospective bidders.
