The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to advise and support the World Health Organization (WHO) Secretariat in the establishment of the regional eye hospital networks in the Eastern Mediterranean region, South-East Asian region and Western Pacific region, including the development of technical products.
