The objective of this tender is to select a contractor to provide Communications Services to the project Enhancing Skills and Financial Inclusion for Young Women in the Creative Economy in Uganda. The Contractor shall provide services to ITC and liaise with relevant project consortium partners, as appropriate, to ensure that all communication outputs fully align with the provided and established philosophy and standards. This includes developing content that communicates for impact rather than visibility, placing emphasis on the experiences, outcomes, and transformation of young women and other target groups. The objectives of the contractor are to provide the following services in Uganda: • communication services using visibility items, • event coverage, media relations, • social media management.
