Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO seeks an external collaborator to develop and deliver a bilingual (English/Turkish) modular training package on child labour prevention and responsible business conduct in Türkiye’s hazelnut sector. The assignment will be carried out under ILO’s public–private partnership projects funded by FERRERO and CAOBISCO, in coordination with the Ministry of Labour and Social Security. The consultant will design a practical training package composed of self-learning and face-to-face modules based on ILO and ITC-ILO materials. It will include a trainer’s manual, trainee handbook, translated ITC-ILO e-learning module for the ILO Academy, and a tailored self-assessment tool for hazelnut producers to identify and address child and human rights risks. Main activities include a Training of Trainers (ToT) for 20 FERRERO Türkiye staff, workshops for hazelnut companies, coaching sessions for trained staff, two follow-up workshops within FERRERO’s supply chain, and 4–5 broader trainings for exporters, chambers of agriculture, and relevant public and social partners. A final refresher session will update participants on due diligence practices. The goal is to strengthen public and private actors’ capacity in the hazelnut value chain to prevent child labour and promote responsible business conduct in line with ILO and UN standards.
