EMAILED Technical and Financial Bids must be sent exclusively to: [email protected]; both in a non-editable format (i.e. PDF) duly signed and dated. Each e-mail should clearly indicate the tender reference (LRPS-FLA-2024-9193781) and "Technical Proposal" or "Financial Proposal" in the subject line. The Financial Proposal must be submitted in an email separate from the rest of the proposal. Prices or rates shall not appear in any other part of the technical proposal. Properly emailed offers shall be received by UNICEF Maputo - Mozambique, until 10:30 AM (Maputo Local Time) on December 09, 2024. Bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED.
