Request for Quotations for Services (RFQS also known as LRQS) UNICEF in Romania wishes to invite you to submit a quotation for “Institutional/Corporate Consultancy for Event development, design and facilitation services for the Regional Ministerial Conference on Ending Violence Against Children (VAC),13-14 of October 2025, Bucharest, Romania” as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached at Annex B. HOW TO APPLY:   E-MAIL QUOTATIONS should be sent to: [email protected].   The reference RFQS/LRQS-2025-9199114 Event Management-VAC Conference and Company Name must be mentioned as the subject of the e-mail.   The Quotation Form (pg. 2-3 from the RFQS) must be completed and signed when replying to this request for quotation.  The Quotations MUST be submitted in ENGLISH and received at the above e-mail address by latest on Wednesday, 27th August 2025, at 15:00, Bucharest local time.   Quotations received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.   It is important that you read all the provisions of the request for quotation, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a quotation in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant quotations may result in invalidation of your quotation.
