Country: Serbia Description of the Assignment: The purpose of this assignment is to provide expert support in advancing Serbias innovation ecosystem by monitoring and enhancing both international and national projects, including initiatives for fostering startups, strengthening research institutions, and developing a skilled workforce through career development programs for young talents. The objective of the project is to support the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation in addressing challenges and fostering an innovation-driven economy through innovative projects and the implementation of various international initiatives. By reconnecting with Serbias skilled diaspora, diversifying the workforce, and creating sustainable legal, economic, and social models, the project aims to enhance diaspora engagement, attract foreign talent, and contribute to social and economic growth.Period of assignment/services: February 2025 - November 2025Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
