To identify priority social protection schemes for IBR interoperability, review and realign their operational processes and user journeys, assess MIS technical readiness, and produce practical Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and a feasibility assessment—enabling seamless data exchange with a focus on informal economy workers and vulnerable populations.
