Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The certified national trainer will support the implementation of a national-level training workshop on maternity protection for representatives of Central Trade Unions in India, as part of the Japan-funded ILO project “Promoting and Building Social Protection in South Asia.” The consultant will be responsible for delivering a two-day training session in National Capital Region (NCR) from 21–22 August 2025, using the ILO’s updated modular-based training package on maternity protection. The training will cover key areas including maternity leave, health and employment protection, non-discrimination, breastfeeding arrangements, and childcare responsibilities. The trainer will co-facilitate the sessions alongside ILO staff and ensure interactive delivery including group work. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
