The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites proposals from firms to update and develop the existing Community Development Plans (CDPs) that serve as foundational frameworks for local growth and resilience. This consultancy under the Tonga Coastal Resilience Project (TCRP, 2024–2031) aims to strengthen and update the CDPs by integrating climate risk data into practical, visual, and participatory planning tools.
