The United Nations Headquarters (UNHQ) in New York intends to establish a systems contract for the provision of Mass Casualty Incident Management (MCIM) Training for Field Missions and Logistics Bases for an initial period of one (1) years with the option to extend for additional two (2) years (1+1) subject to satisfactory performance by the vendor, availability of funds and continued requirement by the UN. The UN requires effective evidence-based disaster training of healthcare staff at all levels and potential first responders, including the development of standards and guidelines for training in the multi-disciplinary health response to major events, given the significant risk of critical events with foreseeable impacts wherever the UN operates. This servce includes conducting tailored training programs that align with the outcomes of the Health Risk Assessment (HRA) specific to each Mission and providing the personnel in the Field Missions and Logistics Bases with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage the scene of a Mass Casualty Incidents. Accordingly, the UN is requesting Expression of Interest (EOI) form potential vendor who are interested in participating in the upcomming solicitation process. The vendors responding to this request for EOI will be included in the list of invitees in the upcoming solcitation, which will provide the details of the requirement.
