The project aims to address and mitigate the severe impacts of the debris crisis in the Gaza Strip, as part of an integrated humanitarian response and early recovery efforts, as well as in view of longer-term recovery and reconstruction post-war. By adopting and implementing a risk-managed approach to debris removal, recycling, and/or disposal, the project will help prevent further catastrophic public health and environmental consequences.The ITB consists of 4 Lots. LOT No 1 – Collecting Debris from Khan Younis and Rafah Governorates. LOT No 2 - Collecting Debris from the Middle Governorate. LOT No 3 - Site Preparation and Crushing of Debris – Khan Younis and Rafah. LOT No 4 - Site Preparation and Crushing of Debris – Middle Area.Interested Bidders are allowed to bid for either one or two Lots; If any bidder is successful (i.e. has submitted the lowest-priced & technically responsive bid) in either one or two Lots, he is allowed to be awarded one Lot only.
