The OSCE POiD wishes to engage the services of an audit firm for auditing the projects under the Implementing Partner Agreements with TNMAC for the last three years. The objective of the audit is to provide assurance that the OSCE funding of the project is properly managed in accordance with the conditions of the implementing partner agreements.
