Country: Bosnia and Herzegovina Description of the Assignment:  The Consultant is expected to support smooth GHG data collection across the country and their further processing and interpretation under the First Biennial Transparency Report for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Furthermore, the Consultant is expected to provide quality assurance for the entire process and assist in the finalization of the BTR draft.Within this context, the Consultant will perform the following tasks:Develop a detailed work plan and methodology;Provide expert input for development of the GHG inventory;Provide final input for the chapter on GHG inventory under the BTR. Period of assignment/services: 40 days from 10 January - 30 June 2025 Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
