PROPOSAL SUBMISSION PROCESS 1. Online E-submission system The deadline for submission of proposals is as follows: 21 April 2026, - 12:00 Hours. Emailed bids must be sent exclusively to [email protected]  in a non-editable format (viz. PDF), clearly marked with the tender number LRFQ-2026-008-9203450 in the subject line and emailed to arrive NO LATER than 21 April 2026 at 1200 hours (Noon) IST.  No other recipient should be "Cc" or "Bcc" in the e-mail submission. Bids should not be sent to the Procurement Associate/Procurement Specialist who signed the RFQ or any other UNICEF employee as it will be invalidated.  Bidders are advised to ensure that submissions are made well in advance before closing time.  Late bids and those bids which do not comply with the bidding instructions will not be accepted. Bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED. 2 Supplier will submit the proposals electronically at [email protected] in the following manner: - Financial Proposal file clearly named as “Agency Name-FP-RFQ-2026-008-9203450 - Services Form to be signed and sent along with the technical proposal for acceptance of GTCs.
