The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON), on behalf of United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) invites qualified interested firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation vendors for the provision of a scientific stock image library. The library will support UNEP’s communication needs for environmental assessments, data visualizations, and outreach materials. • Access to Image Library: Provide at least 5,000 high-resolution images annually, including various formats and relevant metadata. • Account Management: Offer user accounts with usage reporting on a secure platform accessible via modern browsers. • Advanced Search and Filtering: Enable search by topic, keywords, and other filters, with AI-driven visual search capabilities. • Licensing Rights: Offer options for perpetual, editorial, and royalty-free licensing for digital, print, and corporate materials. • Diversity of Images: Ensure diverse, inclusive representations, focusing on the Global South and gender balance, with relevance to environmental issues. • Support and Curation: Provide a dedicated English-speaking account manager and curation services for specific projects. • Monitoring and Reporting: Ensure transparent monitoring of account activity, including download records.
