Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The International Labour Office (ILO) seeks to engage a National Consultant to develop a comprehensive Overseas Employment Orientation Guideline for Ethiopia. The work includes conducting a desk review, consulting stakeholders, drafting an evidence-based and user-friendly guideline, preparing training tools for TVET trainers, facilitating a validation workshop and finalizing the guideline together with a cascading implementation strategy. The assignment will support MoLS and the BRMM programme in strengthening safe, fair and well-informed overseas employment processes for Ethiopian migrant workers. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
