INVITATION TO SUBMIT AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST REF: 01DJIOM2025 (For a short list of companies/service providers) The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society. IOM Djibouti invites expressions of interest from companies/service providers for the supply of goods, services and works (in their broad categories). The expression of interest must include the following information: a) The range of relevant goods, services and works proposed b) Qualifications and experience of current professional and technical staff c) Track record and experience in similar assignments, including a list of major clients served d) All the company's legal documents, such as registration certificates, memorandums of understanding, tax certificates, etc. e) Any other relevant information. [email protected] no later than Sunday March 16, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Djibouti time. On the basis of the above information, IOM will draw up a shortlist of companies/service providers. Only qualified and shortlisted companies/service providers will be invited to submit a completed, signed and stamped supplier information sheet and a supplier code of conduct, and then to be added to our supplier database. As part of the implementation of its program, IOM Djibouti is launching a call for expressions of interest from companies and service providers for various services and products, in accordance with Annex A. This document contains instructions on how to prepare and submit the request, including Annex A: List of categories of items and services and Annex B: Information on the bidder. Access to the specifications is free of charge and can be downloaded via the link https://www.ungm.org/UNUser/Documents on the United Nations Global MarketPlace (UNGM) website until March 16, 2025 at 5 :00 pm Djibouti time. 1. Late applications will not be considered. 2. A detailed description must be provided of how the requirements specified in this document correspond to the capacity, experience, knowledge and expertise of the company/service provider. 3. The application must be submitted in English or French and in the format prescribed by IOM. All required information must be provided, responding clearly and concisely to all the points set out. Any application that does not respond fully and completely to this Request for Expression of Interest may be rejected. 5. The application document must include the following: a. Letter of motivation. b. A copy of this Application for Expression of Interest, duly signed on all pages by the authorized representative of the company/service provider ; and c. Annex A duly completed with all requested information. 6. Companies/service providers seeking clarification on the content of this document may inform IOM in writing at the following e-mail address :
[email protected]. IOM will respond to any requests for clarification until March 16, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Djibouti time. 7. Applications are assessed according to the following criteria: a. Capacity b. Background and experience c. Technical expertise d. Financial strength Only firms that are eligible and qualified based on the above will be invited to participate in the bidding process. 8. Applications may be modified or withdrawn in writing, prior to the closing time specified in this Request for Expression of Interest. Applications may not be modified or withdrawn after closing time. 9. The company/service provider will bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the application and IOM will not be liable in any way for any costs incurred. 10. All information provided in writing to or shared verbally with the Company/Service Provider in connection with this EOI Application shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Company/Service Provider shall not share or rely on such information with any third party without the prior written approval of IOM. This obligation continues after completion of the procurement process, whether the company/service provider is successful. 11. IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any request, to cancel the procurement process and to reject all requests, at any time, without incurring any liability to the companies/service providers concerned or the obligation to inform the companies/service providers concerned of the reasons for IOM's action.
