The International Labour Organization (ILO) is seeking an external collaborator to conduct a mapping and light capacity snapshot of existing training materials related to Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (FPRW) and trade in the ASEAN region. The assignment will compile, assess and organize ASEAN-relevant training resources, identify good practices and gaps, and provide recommendations on what to reuse, adapt or newly develop in future training modules. It will also include a short, training-focused capacity needs assessment (CNA) to confirm priority topics, target audiences, languages and delivery formats. The consultant will deliver an inception package, a repository of training materials (Excel/CSV), a concise mapping report and Training Specifications Note, and a brief outline showing how the repository could later be presented on an open web page. No web development or coding is required. The work will be carried out remotely, in close coordination with the ILO Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific under the project “Trade, Labour and Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work in Southeast Asia,” funded by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC).
