1. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime's Regional Office for Eastern Africa (UNODC ROEA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from companies for the establishment of a long term agreement for Supply and delivery of Radio and Camera Equipment at the Mozambique Joint Operations Centre in Pemba and Maputo, Mozambique 2. Specific requirements for the requested goods include: a. VHF marine radios b. HF marine radios c. Microwave radios d. Radar web server package e. Lattice mast/tower accessories f. Backup kits g. camera equipment that should be compatible with the communication system 3. Interested bidders must meet the following conditions: a. Bidder must have the requisite business registration certificates b. Bidder should not be listed on any restricted lists(World bank, or any other UN agency). 4. Interested vendors may forward their Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with the signed vendor forms to [email protected]. All EOI submissions should be sent via email, citing the EOI reference number and title in the subject line. 5. The EOI, clearly marked “Expression of Interest – “Supply and delivery of Radio and Camera Equipment at the Mozambique Joint Operations Centre in Pemba and Maputo, Mozambique" must be received by UNODC no later than 23h59 Nairobi local time (GMT+3) on Wednesday, 19 March 2025
