The LTA is not a contract and does not guarantee purchase volumes. Orders will be placed on an as-and-when required basis through individual Purchase Orders (POs). 3. LTA DURATION The LTA will be established for an initial period of one (e) year, with the possibility of two (2) additional years  extension. 5.
