The International Labour Organization (ILO) invites proposals from external partner agencies to implement a comprehensive communications campaign from July to December 2025. This campaign is a key component of the ILO's "Building Responsible Value Chains in Asia" project and aims to significantly advance the adoption of Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) and Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) among Indian enterprises, particularly within the automotive and electronics sectors. The selected partner will be responsible for amplifying ILO interventions, disseminating practical knowledge and tools, and engaging a multi-stakeholder ecosystem. Key Deliverables: A 6-month master content calendar and core communications toolkit. Campaign launch materials (press kit, social media assets). Ongoing content creation (~75 social media posts, 6 web articles, 5 infographics, 2 animated videos). Media relations, including securing a minimum of 20 media mentions. Communications support for ~15 project events. Monthly progress reports and a final campaign report. Submission Requirements: Applicants must submit technical and financial proposals. The proposal should detail the agency's profile, relevant experience, a proposed methodology and work plan, and CVs of key personnel. A portfolio of past relevant work is required. Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated using the Quality-and-Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method, with a 70% weightage for the technical proposal and 30% for the financial proposal.
