United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Uzbekistan office invites eligible international bidders to submit a proposal for the assignment “Climate Vulnerability Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis of Adaptive Social Protection.” The assignment aims to assess the impacts of climate and natural hazards on households and individuals in Uzbekistan, identify key vulnerability drivers and coping mechanisms, and inform evidence-based recommendations to strengthen adaptive and shock-responsive social protection systems. Interested applicants are invited to submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals in accordance with the tender requirements. Both proposals must be sent exclusively to [email protected] no later than 18:00 Tashkent time on 25 February 2025; late submissions will not be considered.
