Request for proposals for the Development of AI-supported Self-Assessment Instrument for designing individualized pathways from Learning to Earning   The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Mozambique is seeking proposals from duly qualified companies for the development of AI-supported Self-Assessment Instrument for designing individualized pathways from Learning to Earning. The purpose of the consultancy is to develop a digital self-assessment instrument designed to guide young people on their journey from learning to earning. Such an instrument serves as a powerful tool for personal and professional development. Its primary purpose is to help individuals identify their strengths, interests, values, and areas for growth, enabling them to make informed decisions about their education and career paths. By reflecting on their skills and aspirations, young people can align their learning experiences with future employment opportunities, set realistic goals, and build confidence in their abilities. The main outcome of the consultancy is a user-friendly self-assessment tool that evaluates skills, interests, values, and career readiness, that integrates AI capabilities that match assessment results with tailored opportunities such as courses, training programs, mentorship, and job openings through the digital ecosystem Maza currently being developed.
