Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will compile, revise, and edit a publication highlighting the work of the ILO Office for Pacific Island Countries from 2019 to 2025. The publication is aimed at a broad audience and must be clear, visually engaging, and supported by photographs. Tasks include reviewing and enhancing all sections using updated inputs from the ILO, ensuring inclusion of country facts and project summaries (titles, donors, partners, budgets, outputs), drafting a message from the ILO Director, and integrating feedback from ILO staff. The consultant will sharpen the language for readability, align all content with the ILO House Style Manual (6th edition), and format all components (text, tables, charts, footnotes, captions, annexes) for consistency. The final output should be submission-ready in Microsoft Word with all edits tracked or clearly marked. Payment will be made in full upon submission and acceptance of the final output, to the satisfaction of relevant ILO staff. This amount will constitute the total remuneration; no additional costs will be covered. The consultant will report to Mr. Peter Blumel, Chief Technical Adviser, at
[email protected] and will coordinate closely with ILO staff throughout the assignment. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
